Who am I?
Who I am? no idea; human, spiritual being, the third force - kiss between the sun and the earth, a clot of energie, consciousness? Or maybe all of it, depending on which level or perspective you look at?
I don't know; I mainly see the options.
But this is probably not what you wanted to know ;)
My name is Bonne Pier. I am a man, in my fifties and living in Friesland (the Netherlands).
I am partly disabled and have some long-lasting limitations.
In my quest for healing, i became more aware. Aware of myself and aware of the world around me.
In the beginning Ishaya's Ascension - a form of meditation I practise - played a major role in this. The last few years I also focus on Nei Dan Kung - the inner alchemy of Daoism.
What makes me happy
The last few years I notice more and more that everything around what I call 'healing' makes me happy. Being (together) in (relative) unconditional love (BE); bringing awareness through meaningful conversations (INSIGHT); healing energy flowing through my hands - and through my body by chikung (qigong); to play the singing bowls and gongs. And also writing little stories. Those kind of things. Nice to do and healing for all participants!
Naisan
The first time I opened the book Second Thunder by MSI at a random page, the word Naisan jumped at me. Secretly I sensed that this would become my 'Ishaya-name' as a teacher. It never got that far though. A few years later I needed a name for my website and 'healingactivities' and the name popped up again.
At that point I checked the meaning; it is Sanskit and can be translated as 'into-sharpen'. So sharpening things, which is quite appropriate! The same way you sharpen a knife by passing it along a whetstone, you can hold the beliefs that form our persona (ego) along the light of awareness. From the presence of this moment seeing whats going on again and again (BE with INSIGHT). Living our soulexpression - more and more embodied and with an increasingly clear mind!
Blog en little stories
Some years ago I wrote a blog in Dutch for a while. I was inspired by the insights that popped up, mostly triggered by what happened around me and more specific in the Ishaya-world.
I just shared what popped up. As a snapshot, not as some eternal truth or universal application. Sometimes maybe a bit over-simplified or to bold; just as an invitation to see for yourself - to investigate what it does and how it is for you.
For now my sharing has the form of little stories. But the idea is basically the same: I write what flows through me - in the moment that it flows, whithout looking for to much perfection.
If the stories resonate, feel free to buy them or check in every once in a while to see if there is something new. Also feel free to ask your questions or share your experiene with me!
